Gothic & Gathered collects the information needed to make the account, board, and enquiry features work.
Your account and boards
Your name, email address, securely hashed password, and saved boards are stored in D1. Session cookies keep you signed in. Boards are private to their owner in this version.
Enquiries and newsletters
Contact form submissions are stored so an enquiry can be handled. Newsletter signup records your email and consent. In local development these records stay in the local database unless a delivery integration is configured.
Media and external links
The website and its database are hosted on Cloudflare Workers and D1. Uploaded images use Cloudflare R2. Product photographs may load from Amazon’s image servers, which receive the connection details needed to deliver the image. Following a product link takes you to Amazon, where their privacy practices apply.
Your choices
You can update your account details, change your password, and remove saved items and boards. Contact Gothic & Gathered using the contact form for access, correction or deletion requests that are not available in your account.
